Palyin.io sells digital goods (game keys, accounts, and services). As such, we maintain the following refund policy:
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are granted only if the product was not delivered or the key/account was invalid.
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds for mistakenly purchased products or if the game/service is not compatible with your device.
- How to Request a Refund
- Contact support@palyin.io with your order number and reason for refund.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Product has already been activated or used
- Refund request submitted after 14 days
4. Processing Time Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
