1. Digital Nature of Products
All products sold are digital game activation codes delivered electronically. No physical delivery is involved.
2. Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived once the digital code is delivered.
3. Non-Refundable After Delivery
Digital activation codes are considered consumed upon delivery to the customer’s email address.
No refunds are provided once the code has been delivered, except in cases of:
- Proven defective or invalid codes
- Duplicate transactions
4. Defective Code Procedure
If a code is defective, customers must contact support@palyin.io with:
- Order number
- Detailed description
- Supporting evidence
We reserve the right to verify the code status with the supplier.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
6. Fraud & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account restriction and fraud investigation.
We actively monitor fraudulent activity and reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
